Tyler Ramaley picked up the win pitching 2 1/3 scoreless innings in relief of Greenwood. The Red Raider bats remained hot pounding out 14 hits. Matt Nelms plated the tying run with an RBI single in the sixth setting things up for Greenwood’s game winning shot to left center field.

GAME SUMMARY: Coatesville JV close out very successful season. Coatesville JV completed a very successful 2006 season with a come-from-behind 7-6 win over Downingtown East. Zack Ramaley picked up the win in relief of Kyle Martin. Trailing the entire game, the Red Raiders stormed back with a 7th inning rally capped off by Sam Greenwood’s game winning RBI. Coatesville finished the season at 13-5, winning 7 in a row to close out the campaign. The Red Raiders won all of their Ches-Mont series’ taking 2 out of 3 from Henderson, West Chester East, Bishop Shanahan and Downingtown West, while sweeping Downingtown East 3-0. Their only other loss was an opening day extra inning affair at Spring Ford.
