Yes, you can help the Coatesville Baseball Team and Booster Club collect information to post on the Coatesville Baseball Website!
Volunteer to help us gather information for either the 9th Grade, Junior Varsity or Varsity team games. If you can afford more time and energy, help us gather information for two or more of the teams.
Responsibilities:
- Check the Brandywine Ledger, Daily Local News, Philadelphia Inquirer and other local newspapers each day for news articles relating to the Coatesville Baseball teams.
- Type any articles found related to any of the teams in a simple text format as presented in the article including the heading, staff writer, article date and body of the article.
- After you retype the article, email it to us to be incorporated into a web page and uploaded to our server.
- Cut out and "postal" mail any photographs found in any articles related to any of the teams to us to be scanned, incorporated into a web page and uploaded to our server.
Note: Articles posted on the Internet by the newspapers can be easily transferred to a simple text file. We already capture most information about the teams, but need more ears, eyes and fingers.
